What is the Talent Programme?

The Talent Programme is a free support programme designed to help people who are looking to start their career in finance through an apprenticeship.

We know that taking the first step can feel difficult when you’re just starting out, so we provide structured support to help you prepare for apprenticeship opportunities and future study.

Whether your goal is to work towards an AAT apprenticeship or explore other accountancy routes, we’re here to help you build confidence, develop core knowledge and get ready for the next stage of your journey.
