Creating Successful Accounting Careers Centred on Expertise, Care and Compassion
Our company purpose is to be the training provider that makes a lasting, positive, impact on the lives and careers of our learners and on the businesses of our employers, and in doing so, makes a real impact on the lives and careers of our team, allowing them to fulfil their professional and vocational ambitions.
We are always looking to add to our team of expert tutors with those whose aspirations for helping others to succeed matches our own. Although we do currently have two specific vacancies. Due to the flexibility of our training methods, location is not a problem and we can offer opportunities on either a full or part-time basis.
If you share our values and have ever considered using your accountancy skills and qualifications in a way that will bring lasting benefit to others, please get in touch. Even if now isn’t exactly the right time for you, we can hold you in reserve until you’re ready to move forward.
In the first instance, please email Kaye Davis at [email protected] with a copy of your CV.
1) AAT / Apprenticeship Tutor – based near Plymouth
Although there will be an element of supporting apprentices remotely, this role will provide support for our on-site delivery in Plymouth and could be part time or full time (minimum of 3 days per week).
Because the nature of the role is focused on one-to-one tutoring, formal classroom teaching is not a requirement, unless desired.
Ideally, we are looking for an experienced AAT tutor who can hit the ground running. However, we would be happy to consider a candidate who has a clear passion for training and has solid accounting experience and is qualified at least to AAT Level 4. The role could suit someone who is returning to work or simply is looking to progress their career.
We are continually striving to be the training provider that makes a lasting, positive, impact on the lives and careers of our learners and on the business of our employers, across the whole of the UK. We are therefore always interested in speaking with anyone who would like to help us achieve this.
More detail on the role:
The role would include supporting AAT students undertaking the Apprenticeship programme at Levels 2, 3 and 4. If you don’t currently have experience of the Apprenticeship Standards we can provide training and support for this.
As well as supporting an increasing number of apprentices across the country, on a remote basis, mainly via MS Teams, email and phone, we run drop in classes in Taunton, Exeter, Plymouth and Falmouth (where we provide one to one tutor support). In addition, we run classroom teaching sessions in Camborne and St Austell.
If you think you might be interested in chatting to us about the above and how it might fit in with your aspirations do please feel free to contact Kaye Davis on [email protected] or phone us on 01392 435349. We are on LinkedIn so feel free to touch base on this also.
