I have around 15 years’ experience working in education, skills and training. I have had roles in teaching accounting and business courses, assessing, managing teams and quality assurance. I am a qualified teacher, assessor, IQA and Lead IQA.
Prior to working in education, I have been in various accounting roles with a focus on financial analysis and management accounting. I have worked in both the further education and private sectors with a particular speciality in accounting apprenticeships.
All of that means I value being part of the education and skills sector. I am big on quality and ensuring high standards. I love helping students and apprentices unlock their potential and achieve their goals. I’m also one of those unusual people who thinks accounting is fun!
I live with my young family in the big smoke (London) and when I’m not working, I enjoy walking around the city and discovering new places!
