Will Kettell

BA

AAT Course Consultant

My career first started as a weekend worker for a cheap clothing store (I bet you can’t guess who), where I ended up staying for six years as checkout and fitting room attendant.  Throughout my work, I went to Exeter College and Plymouth University where I studied Media Arts, which as a budding screenwriter, has also been my passion.

From there I worked in a contact centre for a large retailer, where I progressed to become an Administrative advisor, which is where my love of customer service and putting customers first has come from.  After three interesting years, I then happened to stumble across Accountancy Learning and applied for a job which I thought I could never get, and now I am an AAT course advisor for this fantastic company.

In my spare time, I enjoy baking (I mean who doesn’t) and doing normal things like going to the cinema, watching television and reading books.  I also have lots of time for my two cats, who require more looking after than I do!

My Motto:

“When you believe that everything is possible, then it is possible for you to achieve everything.”
