I joined my finance admin role as a government funded kickstart position, following 2 years of unemployment, after the 6 month kickstart contract I was then kept on fulltime & took on more responsiblity. At this point I decided to commit to training and push myself into achieving qualifications despite a heavy & stressful work load.
I have just completed my AAT L2 and am progressing onto my L3, the support given so far has far surpassed any university education I had received when I came straight out of mainstream education. My personal tutor Clare is fantastic, the evaluative feedback and the learning material knowledge is brilliant, but Clare has more importantly boosted my confidence in an industry that I have not really been confident in before.
Knowing I’ve got her to guide me through my Level 3 from May 2023 makes me even more eager to get started. I have thoroughly enjoyed my apprenticeship programme, thank you Accountancy Learning!
